Meditation is a process that leads to a state of consciousness
that brings peace, serenity, clarity and bliss. It stills
the mind allowing relaxation and healing. Meditation provides
an inner strength and calm which sees you through the
storms of life. Time spent in silence is the foundation
on which to build everything else. Meditation is a safe
and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional
and mental states. It is a flexible approach for coping
with the stress and anxiety that robs us of inner peace.
It helps to combat stress, grow spiritually, increase
intuition, improve your health and watch your creativity
blossom - all for 20 minutes a day. The awareness that
meditation brings can also be a source of personal insight
and self - understanding. If practiced regularly the benefits

* Explanation of and experiencing several guided meditations
* The theory behind transcendental meditation and mantras
* Practising transcendental meditation
* Discussion about the individual needs of the client
* Integrating meditation into your evey day life.
Meditation groups are run on Monday evenings from 8 –
